DADS and MOMS PAC (DMP) is dedicated to restore equal rights for all parties affected by divorce, the break-up of the family, or children born to unmarried parents. With the combined effort of our coalition organizations, and the American people, we can make a difference in the emotional and psychological well being of our children. DMP is dedicated to affecting the policy and law that separates family from their children’s lives. We believe the best parent is both parents, in most cases.

Divorcecorp
A shocking exposé of the inner workings of the $50 billion a year U.S. family law industry, Divorce Corp shines a bright light on the appalling waste, and shameless collusive practices seen daily in family courts. It is a stunning documentary film that anyone considering marriage or divorce must see.

Shared Parenting legislation
Shared parenting legislation would require a presumption of substantial equal parenting, in most instances, for unwed and divorced parents, unless there is clear and convincing evidence of unfitness. HB 5464 has been introduced to support shared parenting. Click Here for more information on how you can support shared parenting and what it means.
